About the project

We were commissioned by Waitrose & Partners to develop a new series with a key focus on sustainability and the reduction of food waste.

Too Good To Waste is fronted by New York chef, environmentalist, and author Max Le Manna. In 4 years, Max has captivated over 1 million followers across his social media platforms, while his recipe content and food shows have been viewed by over 1 billion people around the world.

The series of native long-form episodes for YouTube and short form videos for social channels, highlights some of the most wasted food items in the UK and gives tips, tricks and recipe ideas on how to best use them rather than throw them away.
