Our new Waitrose & Partners’ series, The Levantine Table, continues with Selin Kiazim, chef, author and owner of contemporary Turkish restaurant, Oklava.

Commissioned to celebrate the launch of their The Levantine Table range the series celebrates the diverse and vibrant culture of the Levant, which is located along the shores of the eastern Mediterranean.
