The three strong team will represent Norway and Spain on the brand’s new ship Iona, bringing incredible food experiences to passengers during her maiden season next summer.
From Norway, local dishes from writer, photographer and home cook Marte Marie Forsberg, and chef Kjartan Skjelde will be on offer at The Epicurean and Taste 360 restaurants, while the fantastic restaurateur and author José Pizarro will bring his authentic taste of Spain.
We were commissioned to produce a series of films from the event. All three chefs spoke to us passionately about their nation’s cuisine. The videos are now going live across P&O Cruises’ social media channels:
