John Lewis Partnership celebrate Black History Month 2021

Throughout October’s Black History Month, the campaign we produced for the John Lewis Partnership remained a coordinated and collaborative social media presence across the Instagram platforms of both its in-house brands,¬†John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners.

Reflecting this year’s theme ‘Proud to Be’, the brands brought together 10 of their black Partners from across their businesses to talk about what makes them proud and share what the month means to them.

The short-form edit from our shoot and a number of individual stories were featured throughout the last month with the brands acknowledging their awareness that they both have more to do, whilst highlighting their determination to become Britain’s most inclusive business:
