This week’s episode of The Chefs’ Chefs will put a huge smile on your face. We took Paul Ainsworth to visit good mate Tom Kerridge at his two Michelin star pub, The Hand and Flowers. For Paul, the behind the scenes access was the equivalent of letting a kid loose in a sweet shop.

The two friends talk about how their own childhoods have influenced their food, and how that nostalgia is present in everything The Hand and Flowers offers to customers.
