At Home with Ching-He Huang

We are thrilled that another new face has been added to the already brilliant culinary talents involved in our Waitrose & Partners’ At Home series.

Emmy nominated TV chef & cookery author Ching-He Chang invites us into her kitchen to explore her Taiwanese heritage. She explains the symbolism of fish and its importance in the Chinese New Year calendar with her recipe for a special dish of Fujian Cod & scallop sticky rice. Followed by her plant-based version of, Zha Jiang Mien, smoked tofu mixed noodles.
