John Whaite has a bit of a foodie lesson and an Easter twist for viewers in our Waitrose & Partners’ At Home series this week.
The author and presenter is in his kitchen whipping up bostocks using leftover hot cross buns. These french pastries are traditionally made with brioche which is then soaked in syrup and layered with almond cream and fruit, but John’s twist is a great way to reduce food waste this Esater.
