P&O Cruises together with Brand Ambassador and Musical Director Gary Barlow launched Talent of Tomorrow, a competition designed to discover and support emerging musical talent.

Ten young artists were selected to audition at the brand’s dedicated dance studio in Southampton, with three finalists chosen to receive one-to-one mentoring and coaching from Gary himself.

We followed the journey from auditions through to the final mentoring sessions on board Iona, telling the stories of finalists Mercy, Ky and Faith. Managing multiple locations and stages of production, we captured the performers, their personalities and the experience of being coached by a global artist.

The rich suite of content, spanning long form YouTube films, social cutdowns and a dedicated hub on the brand’s website, brought the competition to life through the eyes of its participants, with the public invited to vote for the overall winner. The work demonstrates our ability to follow a human story, capturing authentic moments of tension, emotion and ambition.
