SWEET

We recently spent a day in the Ottolenghi test-kitchen with Yotam himself, and long-time friend and collaborator Helen Goh, shooting a series of beautiful videos in support of the upcoming publication of their new cookbook, SWEET, published by Penguin Random House.

The award-winning Guardian food writer and chef-patron of the Ottolenghi delis and NOPI restaurant, spends most of his time testing, tweaking and tasting in the kitchen in Camden, and the much anticipated cookbook that has resulted tells you everything you need to know in its title. SWEET embraces indulgence, abundance and extravagance, and is packed with recipes for cakes, cookies, cheesecake, tarts, pies, pudding and confectionary. It is not surprising therefore that the videos we have produced from this shoot are equally gorgeous.
